We have no words to express how happy we are with the customer service Mr. Adrian Blatte provide us, he really takes his time to explain every little detail, I went back to him to ask him many questions and every time he was really happy to support and help us. Professional and extremely helpful at all times ,a service that you will appreciate. We are really happy with our car, let me tell you we have bought 4 BMW before in a bmw agency, my last one was a X5 we where not happy with it at all, loud car it made us hate to drive on it it was very stressful to hear the loud sound of the engine, also to park very hard Steering wheel. Then we went to visit the Range Rover (Moll Gruppe ) and Mr.Blatte, helped us so much we decided to buy our new car. A Range Rover Sport we are in love with the car so smooth to drive, soooooo quiet, the steering wheel Is very soft and easy to maneuver. It is a Top quality car with a top quality service.

Unzuverlässig und latent unfreundlich. Wenn man seinen Wagen nach der Inspektion um 17.00 Uhr abholen möchte, wäre es schön, wenn dieser Wagen dann auch fertig wäre. Um 18.00 Uhr hatte ich ihn dann. Eine Verspätung ist grundsätzlich ja kein Problem. Wenn man eine Telefonnummer des Kunden hat, wäre es nur prima man bekäme vorher einen Anruf. Bei Abholung keine Entschuldigung, nur ein Achselzucken. Leider nicht die erste schlechte Erfahrung mit Moll. Rückrufe kennt man nicht. Gutachten bleiben tagelang liegen bevor man informiert wird. Irgendwie reichts dann irgendwann.

Bei der Auswahl meines neuen Fahrzeugs wurde ich hervorragend beraten. Es wurden verschiedene Alternativen, z.B. sofortverfügbare Fahrzeuge mit Sonderkonditionen, im Vergleich dargestellt. Jeder Änderungswunsch wurde umgehend in einem neuen Angebot umgesetzt. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos per Mail und Telefon. Alle Termine und Abstimmungen wurden eingehalten.
